These Terms apply to your use of MapNexa AI at mapnexaai.com. By using MapNexa AI you agree to them.
1. The service
MapNexa AI lets invited members of our creator team publish and schedule their own videos to their own TikTok, YouTube and Facebook accounts using each platform's official API.
2. Access
Access is by invitation from the team administrator. Keep your sign-in private. We may remove access at any time, for example if these Terms are broken.
3. Your content and accounts
- You own your videos and are responsible for them.
- You must have the rights to everything in your videos, including music, and must follow the rules of each platform, including the TikTok Community Guidelines, the YouTube Terms of Service and Meta's Terms.
- You must disclose commercial or branded content where the platform requires it.
- You give us permission to send your videos and settings to the platform you choose, only when you confirm a post.
4. Not allowed
- Posting to accounts you do not own or manage.
- Spam, misleading content, or anything that breaks the law or platform rules.
- Trying to get around platform limits or security.
5. Platforms
TikTok, YouTube and Facebook are run by their own companies. They may change their services or limits at any time, which can affect MapNexa AI. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Google/YouTube or Meta.
6. No warranty
MapNexa AI is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost views or income, or for actions taken by the platforms.
8. Ending
You can stop using MapNexa AI and disconnect your accounts at any time.
9. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
