Delete your data
To remove all data we hold about you, disconnect your accounts in MapNexa AI and email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Revoke access from the platforms
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, open Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services permissions, and remove MapNexa AI.
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites.
